Joe Branosky
Managing Director
Joe is a Managing Director at SPP Capital and has been with the firm since 2015. He focuses on transaction origination and execution and covers several of SPP's largest corporate and sponsor clients. Joe has established and maintains relationships with dozens of committed and independent financial sponsors and hundreds of capital providers.
Joe has worked in investment banking and financial services for more than 16 years and has advised on over $4 billion of transaction value, with extensive experience in the healthcare, industrial, consumer, and business services spaces. Earlier in his career, he worked in buyside and sellside M&A and financial sponsors coverage for Houlihan Lokey, Inc. Joe is a magna cum laude graduate of Lafayette College with a degree in Economics & Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
