Robin Ellis
Busch, Managing Partner—SPP
Capital and SPP Mezzanine Partners Ms.
Busch has served as a co-head of distribution for
SPP Capital since 1993. Ms. Busch has over 19
years of experience in the private capital markets
on a broad range of private senior debt, mezzanine
debt and equity placements. A founding member of
SPP Hambro, SPP Capital’s predecessor, Ms. Busch
is responsible for capital raising activities
including structuring, selling and negotiating
debt and equity securities, bank facilities and
structured finance transactions for both U.S. and
foreign issuers. Prior to joining SPP Capital, Ms.
Busch was with Bankers Trust Company in the
Capital Markets Group. Ms. Busch is a cum laude
graduate of New York University. |

C. Todd
Kumble, Managing Partner—SPP
Capital and SPP Mezzanine Partners Mr.
Kumble has extensive experience in structuring and
placing bank financings, senior note private
placements, mezzanine and private equity
offerings. Having joined SPP Hambro, SPP Capital’s
predecessor, in 1993, Mr. Kumble’s transaction
experience spans a broad array of industries
including manufacturing, distribution, financial
services, cable and real estate. Before joining
SPP Capital, Mr. Kumble was a Director of
Financial Planning for Home Box Office, Inc. where
he was involved in acquisition analysis for the
company. Prior to this, he was a Manager of
Treasury for The Allen Group, Inc. and a Credit
Analyst for the Leveraged Buyout Group of
Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Mr. Kumble has a B.A.
degree in Economics from Yale University and an
M.B.A. degree in Finance from The Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania. |

Stefan L.
Shaffer, Managing Partner—SPP
Capital and SPP Mezzanine Partners Mr.
Shaffer was one of the founding partners of SPP
Hambro, SPP Capital’s predecessor. Mr. Shaffer
manages the global origination of SPP Capital and
is an architect of SPP Capital’s unique joint
venture strategy. His 22 years of experience in
the private market includes hundreds of
transactions in North America and Europe. Prior to
becoming a principal at SPP Capital, Mr. Shaffer
was a Vice President in the Private Placement
Group at Bankers Trust Company where he was
responsible for origination, structuring and
pricing of private placements for the Capital
Markets Group, both nationally and
internationally. Prior to his move to investment
banking, Mr. Shaffer had been an attorney with the
law firm of White & Case where he drafted and
negotiated private placements, public securities,
leveraged lease transactions and provided general
corporate counsel. Mr. Shaffer is a cum laude
graduate of Cornell Law School where he earned a
J.D. degree and has served on the Board of Editors
on the Cornell International Law Journal; he is a
magna cum laude undergraduate from Colgate
University where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.

Amy S.
Lazarus, Chief Financial
Officer Ms. Lazarus was a founding partner
of SPP Hambro, SPP Capital’s predecessor, and
originally served as the firm’s head of
distribution. Prior to joining the firm as a
principal, Ms. Lazarus was a Vice President in the
Private Placement Group at Bankers Trust Company.
Her responsibilities included the structuring and
execution of transactions for both U.S. and
international clients in all types of issues
including senior and subordinated notes, equities,
LBOs, project financing and ESOPs. Ms. Lazarus has
extensive experience in structuring private
placements and derivative products.
A
certified public accountant, she began her career
at Arthur Andersen. Ms. Lazarus holds an M.B.A.
degree in finance from The Columbia Graduate
School of Business and a B.S. in Business
Administration from the University of Vermont. She
graduated both Beta Gamma Sigma and magna cum
laude, respectively. |

| Donald W.
Graham, CFA Partner
Mr. Graham has been involved in
originating, structuring and distributing private
placement transactions for the last 14 years.
Prior to joining SPP Capital in 2000, Mr. Graham
was a senior member of the private placement group
at RBC Dominion Securities (an affiliate of Royal
Bank of Canada). Prior to this, Mr. Graham was
with Prudential Securities where he was involved
in a wide variety of corporate finance
transactions. Mr. Graham began his career in
finance as an investment manager for Prudential
Capital Group, one of the largest investors in
private placements in the United States.
Mr. Graham holds a B.A. degree in
Economics and Biology from the University of
Virginia and a M.B.A. degree in finance from
Cornell University. Mr. Graham is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. |

Cable, Director Mr.
Cable joined SPP Capital as an Associate in June
2006. Before joining the firm, Mr. Cable held
various corporate finance positions at Nike and
Coach and was most recently Manager, Operations
Finance for Coach, Inc. Mr. Cable began his career
as an Investment Banking Analyst with Deutsche
Bank Alex. Brown. He holds a B.A. in Economics and
Art History from Stanford University and an M.B.A.
from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School of Business
Administration. |

Heather
Madland, Director Ms.
Madland serves as a Director of SPP’s San
Francisco office working in close partnership with
SPP’s New York headquarters to originate and
execute transactions developed through her West
Coast relationships. Ms. Madland has spent 13
years, originating, structuring, and executing
senior debt, second lien, and mezzanine financing
for private equity and direct middle market
clients; she was most recently a Vice President
and Team Leader of Middle Market Banking at
Comerica Bank in San Francisco. Ms Madland joined
Comerica in 2009 from CIT, where she helped
establish a West Coast presence for CIT’s Sponsor
Finance group. Prior to CIT, Ms. Madland served as
a member of the underwriting and deal execution
team at Madison Capital Funding, LLC in Chicago
where she focused exclusively on providing
leverage finance products to the firm’s middle
market private equity clients. She is an active
member and Board Member of ACG San Francisco and
currently serves on the Chapter’s Executive
Committee as head of Sponsorship. Ms. Madland
graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell
University. |

Brad
Crispin, Vice
President Mr. Crispin joined SPP Capital
as an Analyst in 2007. Mr. Crispin was previously
the Deputy Press Secretary for a national Senate
campaign in the 2006 election cycle. He is a
graduate of Dartmouth College where he received a
B.A. in Classical Studies with a concentration in
Latin. |

Leukart, Analyst Mr.
Leukart joined SPP Capital in 2010. Prior to
joining the firm, Mr. Leukart was an Associate
Analyst in the Oil, Gas, & Chemicals group at
Moody’s Investors Service and previously an
Analyst in the Syndicated Loans division of
Bloomberg. He is a Cum Laude graduate of the
University of Richmond where he received a
B.S.B.A. in Business Administration with
concentrations in Finance and Economics. |
