SPP Capital is an effective intermediary for the equity sponsor community. Professional equity investors recognize that an SPP Capital financing derives better terms and conditions from a wider variety of capital sources on an accelerated basis. Because of SPP Capital’s “turnkey” approach to capital raising, sponsors can focus their efforts on acquisition details and portfolio management, leaving SPP Capital to negotiate all material aspects of
a given financing, including structure, pricing, prepayments, covenants and inter-creditor issues.
